Shipping Policy:

All items will be discreetly shipped by USPS Priority mail or Airmail parcel post for shipments outside of the U.S. Items that are in stock will be shipped the next day.

Up to $25.00 - $7.00
$25.01 - $50.00 - $8.00
$50.01 - $75.00 - $9.00
$75.01 - $100.00 - $10.00
$100.01 and Up - $12.00

Backordered Items - We will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item as soon as it is available.

In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order.

If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.


Return Policy:

Under no circumstances do we accept returns on any open products. Please understand that due to the nature of our products, they are likely to have been in contact with your mouth, blood, body secretions, vagina or anus. We realize that this is an inconvenience for the buyer, but rest assured that all products are visually inspected before being shipped. If you can clearly see a manufacturing defect before opening your package, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply describe exactly where the problem lies, and we will explain the return procedure.

If you decide to return items for any other reason than for a deffect, you HAVE TO CONTACT US via email WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your package. There will be a 5$ restocking fee for Items that have a value of less than $30, a $10 restocking fee for Items that have a value of less than $100 but more than $30, and a 20$ restocking fee for Items that have a value of more than $100. The restocking fees are per item and not per order. Your refund (less the restocking fees) will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item. The shipping fees are not refundable. If you are not certain about a product, ask us for more information before buying it. DO NOT return boxes without notifiying us. All refunds are subject to approval, simply returning your shipment DOES NOT make you eligible for a refund.
